Pensions Administration GDPR Team is a small internal team whose role is to ensure ongoing GDPR compliance of this specific part of Aon business. We, as Privacy Champions facilitate efficient communication between diverse internal and external stakeholders in order to translate regulatory requirements into business practice.

We coordinate two GDPR-related processes (SAR & DSR), pursue privacy awareness campaigns, and deliver customized trainings. Besides we are responsible for handling queries as well as audits which deal with personal data protection. Finally, we contribute to meeting GDPR requirements by our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordination of SAR and DSR processes (Data Subject Rights)
  • Supporting the team in answering privacy-related queries
  • Managing GDPR compliance documentation (Record of Processing Activities, privacy-related policies and procedures)
  • Contributing to Aon Privacy community projects
  • Looking after Privacy Champions mailbox and case log
  • Preparing reports related to GDPR compliance indicators (e.g. SAR/DSR completion, statistics, etc.)
  • Delivering customized privacy trainings to the business (supported by more senior colleagues)
  • Cooperating with various Aon teams

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical thinking, ability to quickly assess what is important
  • Very good communication skills, ability to convey observations and recommendations in a clear and concise way
  • Ability to work independently and manage time properly
  • Fluent in English (C1 level)
  • Highest ethical and work standards
  • Legal education and/or experience in UK pensions administration business would be an asset
