Are you excited about working with stakeholders in Group Investigations, Legal and Technology to provide an efficient and high-quality Data Processing service using innovative and defensible eDiscovery Technology services of the future?
As an eDiscovery Data Processing & Automation Specialist you will focus on the following tasks:
• process electronic communications data using eDiscovery software
• identify repetitive tasks and create automation scripts, tools and workflows
• create and maintain data format conversion tools
• integrate automation utilities and scripts with exception resolution processes
• ensure quality of work deliverables in line with project specifications and established service models, maintain and review quality control processes
• maintain documented procedures and assist with the development of process documentation, best practices and training
• communicate daily with end-users, eDiscovery Service Managers, Investigators, Attorneys and Paralegals
Your team
You will be working in the eDiscovery Processing & Review Management team in Wroclaw, Poland as a Data Processing & Automation Specialist. eDiscovery Processing & Review Management is a specialist unit within the UBS Group Investigation & Employee Conduct organization, supporting complex civil litigations, investigations, and regulatory inquiries with processing of ESI and providing analysis, review and production support.

Your expertise
• 1 or more years of professional experience in relevant areas (incl. IT Forensics, IT Security)
• worked in an eDiscovery role e.g. in a vendor or an in-house setting
• technical and data analysis skills, including software development and scripting experience (e.g., SQL, VBA, Python, PowerShell, Git, Bash)
• data-driven and a simplicity advocate
• strong commitment to quality
• service-oriented and self-motivated
• a team player based on collaboration, commitment and knowledge
• an unusual sense of humour
• the skills to communicate effectively with stakeholders and end-users
• good English language skills
