Scrum Master

Purpose of the role:
We are looking for a Scrum Master to join a team that is focused on creating a best-in-class native development platform. You’re an experienced Scrum Master with a passion for helping teams mature in their agile journey and delivering exceptional value to customers.
What you’ll do:
- Plan and advise Scrum implementations that support organizational initiatives that meet customer needs
- Lead the scrum team in using Agile methodology and scrum practices that enhance quality, lowers technical debt, and increases product value
- Support the scrum team by removing impediments, negotiating priorities, and shielding them from interference
- Foster an environment of safety, collaboration, transparency, inspection, adaptation, and continuous improvement
- Be a driver of agile transformation
- Make sure SCRUM rituals are followed (e.g. daily stand ups, retrospection meetings, planning and others)
- Facilitate stakeholder collaboration and remove barriers between stakeholders and team
- Facilitate the scrum ceremonies
- Ensure the goals, scope and product domain are understood by everyone on the team
What you’ll need:
- Management skills, with a servant leadership management style
- Excellent communication & facilitation skills
- Strong training, mentoring and coaching skills
- Ability to mediate and resolve conflicts
- Demonstrated experience working with a full-cycle Agile team (Scrum, Kanban)
- Good knowledge of Lean Software Development, Scrum, Kanban, eXtreme Programming
- Can-do attitude with a desire to learn through experimentation
- Experience and ability to work in hybrid/remote, international team
- Fluency in English, written and oral
- Skills in agile practices for Product Management
- Good business acumen skills to engage business leaders
- Experience in applying a wide variety of well-known patterns and techniques, e.g. TDD, SOLID, CI/CD, INVEST, User Stories, agile estimation
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I)
- Coaching credential (ICF) - optional
