You are responsible for

  • Producing quotations for various medical devices types for our sales force

  • Setting priorities and ensures correct and completeness of quotations within required timeframes

  • Coordinating and preparing quotes’ approval in a dedicated tool

  • Managing incoming customer orders (systems, options and upgrades), overseeing and coordinating the process to complete and correct the order information until the order is ready to be booked.

  • Pro-actively collaborating with the account managers, project managers, product managers and other stakeholders until the cases are completed and prepared for further processing in the supply chain

  • Ensuring timely hand-over of the cases to order management according to the agreed policy

  • Providing support with further standardizing and documenting the way of working within the sales support team

  • Actively supporting with the implementation of continuous improvement, eg LEAN tools such as Kaizen/A3

You are a part of the Sales Back Office team based in Lodz, which is the department where all processes come together. You are in close contact with the sales force (account managers and product specialists), service force (account managers and operations managers), the customer care center, Field Service Engineers and different members of the management team.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following

  • A Bachelor’s degree in, for example: communications, economics, management, international business

  • Preferably experience in a similar position

  • Experience working with SAP is an advantage

  • Fluent in French and English

  • Accurate and analytic

  • Someone who is able to set priorities in a very dynamic and hectic surrounding

  • A strong personality who is not afraid to voice his or her opinion

  • A fast and enthusiastic learner
