You are responsible for

  • Cooperating with Sales department related to order fulfillment process

  • Collaboration with the account managers, project managers, product managers and other stakeholders until the cases are completed and prepared for further processing in the supply chain

  • Monitoring and making changes to all requests sent by Sales Team, sometimes multiple times

  • In daily basis operations, use your market/process knowledge to perform complex deals (quotation, order acceptance process)

  • Providing operational excellence support for other specialists in the team and in the market to resolve challenging cases or peak of workload (e.g. month/quarter end closure), and escalate if required to the responsible GBS manager or market sales responsible

  • On regular contact with Sales Operations Experts, market SME and other Senior Sales Back Office Specialists, you are making sure best process benchmarks are being implemented and correctly executed within

You are a part of

our Global Business Services EMEA Hub in Łódź, where we centralize essential Philips business processes. We offer support to HR, Finance, Procurement, Customer Service, Supply Chain and many other departments. To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Fluent English

  • Be detailed minded, flexible and proactive

  • Business experience (Customer Service, Sales, Order Management, Supply Chain. Processes)

  • Communicative skills, well organized, open minded, analytical thinking
