Job Background:
Finance Risk Infrastructure Business Solutions (FRIBS) is looking for seasoned Change Consultant, who has experience with financial industry knowledge. Successful applicants will be meticulous, highly personable and have great organizational skills. This role will lead the coordination of change management and training across the 3 regions for project and BAU efforts. Deep understanding of program and project planning, training, program communications, risk and issue management, and delivery against business objectives is expected. Familiarity with training environments, SharePoint and development lifecycle for technology projects is needed.
Detailed Activities:
Training and Communication Coordination:
- Serve as key contact point to review project charters and assess communication and training impacts. Work with the project manager to determine communication and training approach and engagement.
- Devise and manage cohesive communications and training plans that track start, end dates and key milestones
- Coordinate training resource allocations based on training requirements and timing
- Coordinate project communications with internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate and facilitate weekly training and communication meetings
- Assist in management of training environment, passwords
- Assist in the development of training curriculum
- Assist in managing the Training SharePoint site
Strategic Planning:
- Lead efforts that will innovate and transform the current training approach
- Partner with internal and external resources to learn and recommend best practices
- Understand material process and tech changes that impact project and BAU efforts in order to create communications for targeted audiences
FRIBS Internal Communications:
- Create FRIBS Communication plan that includes key project updates, org announcements and professional development topics
- Drive resiliency IT project communications
- Serve as communication consultant for FRIBS projects
- Maintain change management playbook
Education/Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience, preferably in the Finance or CFO business unit of a global corporation
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in change management with solution delivery mindset
- Prior training and/or learning development experience is a plus
- Ability to influence in a matrixed environment and drive results for senior business leaders
- Ability to frame and dimension new initiatives into manageable programs and structure project teams accordingly.
- Ability to manage in challenging global and multiple priorities driven environment.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- Preference for experience in one or more of the following areas: finance, risk, treasury
- Strong sensitivity and work experience dealing with global audiences
- Ability to drive consensus across multiple subject matter experts
- Able to juggle multiple priorities
