What you will do:
- Operational Reporting
- Driving actions prioritization with team
- Guiding and supporting Team and acting as an Escalation Point for the Team
- Identifying and solving common cross-process (PTP, OTC, T&E) issues.
- Managing day to day tasks allocation and Team performance KPIs, SLAs
- Being the Key Point of Contact and Decision Maker for Collection process
- Team management setting strategic long term goals, team development
What we expect from you:
- Fluent English
- Min. B2 Italian level
- 1 to 2 years of team leading experience
- Finance Accounting background nice to have
- Strong willingness to learn RTR & ability to learn fast
- 2 or 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or Credit Collection
- Advanced Excel skills
- General experience with ERP systems used in a multinational environment
- Ability to work analytically in a problem solving environment
