Responsibilities:

• Expertise in building complex data sets, data visualizations, and delivering key insights from reports
• Ability to work closely with various cross functional groups
• Process-oriented person who can provide a clear, complete analysis that support sales efforts, resulting in revenue win for the company
• Good understanding of the Aon network, Finance tree and system architecture
• Research and analytics. Web search to better understand client dynamics, current market trends
• Global product analysis
• Understanding of LOB and Dept mapping current state and future changes
• Consultative and business mindset approach to projects with CFOs, CEOs, Finance and Sr. Leadership. Utilization of our data landscape to build relationship models for next-gen reporting.
• Comprehension of data hierarchy across different SLs
• P&L knowledge, Aon United trees and being able to reconcile
• SW: Access, Excel, SQL, PowerBi, understanding of various dashboards
• Ability to speak to growth, caveats, trends from reporting back to leadership
• Partner with Enterprise, DAU and other workflows tied to leadership KPIs and growth.
• Adjustable to different working hours, if needed.
• Internal Client Data Governance/Expectation management – Work with Growth Ops in understanding how client data should be utilized.
• Assist with whitespace/penetration and buying analytics.
• Capable at looking at all data sources, mining, and researching
• Cross analyze billing/invoice data to revenue. Understand revenue from opportunity summary to cost center.
• Building relationship with AonConnect team and understanding operational metrics that impact rev targets
• Ability to work in partnership with ACIA resources in preparation of data sets and client reporting
• Problem solve at source system and business levels.

Qualifications:

• Qualifications include Bachelor’s degree in Business or related major,
• 3-5 years of Business Analysis and business Partnering roles
