The CRM Team, of which Compliance Analytics is positioned, is a part of the firm’s Second Line of Defense (SLOD) that is responsible for performing Monitoring and Testing (M&T) over key areas of risk. • Utilize strong analytical skills to collect, organize, and associate data from various Compliance and business sources, platforms and formats, enabling analyses to inform areas of focus and decision making
  • Support specific M&T objectives by undertaking cleansing, aggregation, and manipulation of relevant data in preparation for advanced data analysis to uncover trends, patterns and anomalies
  • Assist in establishing and maintaining the Corporate Compliance framework enabling compliance with enterprise-wide Model Risk Management (MRM) requirements and provide guidance to support Compliance Model Owners adherence to these requirements
  • Facilitate connections between Compliance Model Owners and MRM support functions for clarifications regarding model development, documentation, implementation, testing, validation and approval prior to production
  • Assist with oversight of Compliance models requiring periodic monitoring, calibration and validation, as necessary
