We are looking for a Talent and Development Partner, who will enjoy the exposure to a variety of topics supporting Asset Management as well as Group Sustainability & Impact People & Culture agenda including Talent Development, New Ways of Working, DEI & Learning:
• (Co-)own learning curricula and talent projects as a project manager (potential activities: vendor management, participant management, stakeholder management, preparing executive decks, data analysis, tracking and reporting, promotional activities that create awareness and drive usage) and support projects end-to-end from idea generation over design to execution
• Act as an owner for our AM flagship Leadership offering “AM Leadership Compass” by curating top nudge content in line with business needs and implementing measures to drive usage
• Act as a point of contact for all talent & development matters for Group Sustainability & Impact team (including creating of the first group wide training offering on Sustainability & Sustainable Finance targeting all UBS employees) and a few functions within Asset Management
• Act as a point of contact to our Asset Management People Committee stream leads, sponsored by Asset Management Executive Team, and work with them as required to bring their ideas into action
• Work in other projects (such as Key Talent Programs, Junior Talent strategy, DEI action plan, agile@UBS implementation, UBS leadership framework & senior leadership development journey) as required / as per interest

You will join our strategic Talent & Development team for Asset Management and Group Sustainability & Impact and you can shape the future and support the business growth. Our Asset Management business is on a fast track growth. Our recently established Group Sustainability and Impact team has great ambitions.
We focus on creating end-to-end solutions from idea generation over design to execution in People and Culture domain. We offer strategic advice to the HR Business Partners and the business, equip our employees with world-class professional development so they remain the best in the industry, provide line manager development so they can be the culture carriers we need to drive an inclusive and high performing workforce, and we are helping employees to achieve their career ambitions by providing support on career mobility
We are a global team, with engaged and enthusiastic colleagues based in Switzerland and Poland. We speak 4 languages, are diverse in background and skillset. We host multiple rotations in our team and love to meet and work with new people. We are well networked within HR and with our business. We are passionate about our mandate and have fun working with each other and the broader HR community.
Your expertise
• Proven experience (min. 3, ideally 5+ years) in creating solutions within People & Culture agenda including Talent Development, New Ways of Working, DEI & Learning,
• Great conceptual skills, coupled with hands-on, effective execution
• Strong project management & stakeholder management skills coupled with high sense of accountability and ownership
• Great collaboration skills, can-do attitude, able to navigate effectively in a highly matrixed organization
• Business acumen, coupled with commercial mindset
• Effective communication and presentation skills (in English)
• Desired: facilitation skills, German
