Are you able to manage new changes during the product delivery lifecycle (creation, iteration, refinement)? We’re looking for someone like that who can help to:
• Design strategic solutions for new business initiatives
• Perform data and system analyses on software programs, applications, and web services
• Identify user requirements by working with key business and interdependent application stakeholders
• Produce user stories with acceptance criteria that meet the definition of ready that can be estimated with the development team and planned for implementation
• Split requirements into manageable chunks and manage the product delivery lifecycle
• Optimize system efficiency & integrate with new systems, programs, and applications with business operations and services
• Build relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders in global hub regions
Your team
IB Chief Digital Information Office (CDIO) is a global technology team working under an exciting new agile operating model to transform digital delivery to best serve clients evolving needs. As part of the IB Operations Stream, you will be part of a multi-disciplined pod working on an application acting as the single point for the creation and enhancement of client and account requests at the at the heart of the CLM process in the Investment Bank. As a Product Manager, you’ll be working closely with pods members (Product Owner, scrum master, engineering team) and key business stakeholders to deliver new functionality aligned to the organizations objectives & key results.
Your expertise
• excellent track record of working closely with stakeholders to understand the ‘why?’ behind changes and creating requirements that can deliver value iteratively (incl minimum viable product)
• independent and self-motivated with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• strong understanding of the software development lifecycle
• experience in data analytics, query languages (e.g. SQL, GraphQL) and technical business analysis preferred
• excellent writing and communication skills
• the ability to write functional user stories, engineering requirements, acceptance criteria and manage the UAT process and post release support and issue resolution
• experience working across multiple teams, locations and functions to ensure alignment
• agile attitude to adapt quickly to new changes, processes and standards, with a strong commitment to providing exceptional client product experience
• knowledge of Financial Products and Electronic Trading platforms (preferable)
• experience of deliveries that span change in multiple systems and teams
