Your new role
As VBA Process Optimization Specialist, Senior Associate you will:

Contribute actively in team activities, drive sharing experiences and ideas

Analyze of new system enhancements/regulatory changes/ operational process improvements requests to understand in detail impact on business functions and systems;

Walkthroughs of requirements with Business and Technology areas

Work on new solutions development and end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction;

Plan and manage transition analysis, preparation and execution with effective use of time and resources;
-
Provide technical expertise and support other team members;
-
Complete any transition event-specific tasks / reporting in accordance with client instructions / project plans;

Escalate issues and exceptions to management in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures.;

Work on agreed training requirements and performance goals to ensure ongoing development.;

Escalate unusual or suspicious activity to management for review.

Preferred qualifications:

Fluency in English required

Understanding of change management and Lean best practice theories, with practical experience is preferred

PC skills, including MS Office applications Word, Excel, Project and Visio

Basic programing skills including VBA and high desire to develop in this area

Python, Xceptor knowledge would be high benefit
