Who we are looking for
Process Reengineering Manager is acting as a Project Manager and is responsible for meeting project goals within agreed scope and time.
You will assist the Program Manager/Portfolio Managers with large regional projects and you will be primarily accountable for Process Reengineering-type projects. We are looking for motivated individual with proven project management or continuous improvement experience and skillset who has experience in collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
This role can be performed in a hybrid model, where you can balance work from home and office to match your needs and role requirements.
Your new role
Project Management responsibilities

Overseeing projects to ensure that activities are carried out in accordance with established specifications and schedules

Providing overall engagement management, including work plan, issue resolution, and close management of scope change;

Ensuring efficient communication and relationship management with multiple stakeholders including (Sponsors, Senior Management, PMO, project members, business units, end users)
-
Securing prioritization and time management to support multiple projects/tasks in parallel
-
Providing management of a temporary project team within the matrix reporting structure (if applicable)

Securing adherence to State Street’s internal Project Management methodologies and standards
-
Producing required reporting according to needs of stakeholders.

Provides risk and Issues identification and mitigation

Collaborating with other PMO team members on local PMO processes
Process Improvement/Change Management responsibilities:

Supporting business in identifying broken processes and valuing opportunities by providing leadership and technical expertise for development and implementation of different process improvement ideas

Leading and delivering process reengineering projects that drive strategic change at State Street Poland

Facilitating Lean best practices/knowledge sharing across the entire organization
-
Working with local, regional and global Lean Champions to build problem-solving capabilities and support culture change at State Street Poland.
What we value

Good knowledge of project management and continuous improvement methodologies & techniques (e.g. PMP, Prince, BPMN, Lean/Six Sigma Green/Black Belt).

Education & Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required

3-5 years of proven project management experience (preferably in leading continuous improvement initiatives).
