Your role

Your team
You’ll be working in the Global Wealth Management Operations (GWMO) EMEA Automation & Change team in Wroclaw. The team is responsible for the implementation of automation and Way of Working solutions across GWMO teams in EMEA with the main focus of the Business Analyst – Way of Working role being process optimization, driving cultural change and continuous improvement in order to support automation program.
Your expertise
• Experience in process development across any industry (e.g., developing Lean, Six Sigma, or any other implementation framework).
• Experience in developing strategy, planning, leading, and implementing projects.
• Experience in analyzing and interpreting datasets to formulate insights and present for executive review
• Experience in driving change and innovation to process and people on a global scale, around complex operational and strategic cross-functional initiatives
• Flexibility to work remotely from Poland
