Your role
Are you a multitasker? Do you want to play a key role in driving Change? Do you have an eye for detail? We're looking for someone like this to:
• support the coordination of the Quarterly Business Review (QBR) process for the CDIO COO IT D&E change portfolio, ensuring guidance and principles are understood with stakeholders
• coordinate multiple deliverables concurrently, including regular reports as well as ad hoc requirements
• support the transition of the CDIO COO IT D&E change portfolio as it moves into the Agile@UBS environment
• support the divisional portfolio with PMO activities
• actively challenge processes to improve and simplify wherever possible
Your team
You’ll be working in the Chief Digital & Information Office (CDIO) Investment Governance Team, in Zurich or London. We are a part of the CDIO Operations Management team. We are responsible for coordinating the IT D&E Change portfolio for CDIO COO and driving the CDIO COO QBR process.
Your expertise
You have:
• strong collaboration skills with the ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
• the ability to adapt to change and drive the implementation of new processes
• the ability to convert financial and non-financial data into actionable management information
• excellent analytical and technical skills, with a desire to fully understand the task at hand
• attention to detail and data quality, with a "right first time" approach
• ability to multitask and manage tasks to completion across multiple stakeholders and time zones
• experience with PMO reporting and tools; program and portfolio financials
