Your role

Are you an analytic thinker? Do you know how to develop innovative solutions?
We’re looking for a Data Analyst for our People Analytics function within our Human Resources department who can:
- provide people analytics support to senior HR stakeholders related to employee lifecycle topics (e.g. diversity, promotion, performance, turnover, hiring, etc..)
- analyze data and trends and formulate insights, commentary and advise actionable operational outcomes
- help to craft data-driven storylines for analytical presentations and help transform the People Analytics team into a consulting function
- own, build and test HR products and tools to help drive various reviews throughout the course of the year
- partner closely within all teams within People Analytics and across HR to create a more analytically savvy HR function
- where no self-service options are available deliver reports and analysis to various stakeholders on a regular basis
- create innovative and alternative ad hoc solutions or tools that can help drive initiatives within not only the divisional but also can be expanded to the group
- provide support in ongoing operational process improvement, including identifying where synergies exist and opportunities for consolidation, standardization or other improvements
- provide subject matter expert input on data, products and analytics into project activity

Your team

You’ll be part of the globally operating People Analytics team, and work directly with the HR Business Partner teams globally while partnering with all analytics teams. The HR People Analytics team is responsible for delivery of HR Reporting and Analytics to the business for strategic decision making processes. We are dedicated to creating a data and insight driven HR organization. With our diverse team of highly skilled specialists, we are providing crucial services for a future-oriented HR function: self-service reporting, analytical support and personalized consulting, and advanced analytics like predictive modelling and artificial intelligence.

Your expertise

strong analytical and numerical skills
– strong visualization and storytelling skills based on data
– great communication and consulting skills with audiences at all seniority levels
– strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to build networks and partnerships in a global organization at all levels
– good command of HR and bank specific terms, processes and data
– skills in using Business Intelligence and reporting software, data visualization (e.g. Tableau) as well as strong MS Excel skills ability to deliver results and implement change in challenging environment
– experienced at working on strategic projects, with the ability to independently manage multiple, concurrent projects
– demonstrated strength to deliver results and implement change in a challenging environment
