Office Experience Manager

Purpose of the role:
Lead the Team that cares for Amway workplace at our premium Krakow location.
What you’ll do:
- Make Amway office an excellent place to work for 600 employees of Global Business Services
- Develop the Team of 4 Admins
- Keep high standard relationships with local vendors and partners (landlord, maintenance providers, hospitality and events providers)
- Run or supervise projects (e.g. centralization of Office Administration from European countries to Krakow)
- Run tenders for employees’ events and office supplies or services
- Coordinate office events for employees, VIPs and external guests
- Own or actively support back office processes (car fleet, company phones, HR processes)
- Maintain Business Continuity Plan for the location
- Assure compliance with Health and Safety for the Center
- Own budgets for facility, events and office spent
What you’ll need:
- Leadership skills required to provide daily direction and motivation to administration staff
- Ability to manage mid-size projects with track record of successful delivery
- Experience in events organization for groups of several hundred participants
- Ability to coordinate work of external vendors for facility services and knowledge of related market
- Administration processes design and implementation experience
- Ability to cooperate with all levels of seniority within organization, including senior management
- Ability to collaborate cross-silo efficiently
- Sound knowledge of Polish Environmental Health and Safety regulations
- Excellent written and verbal English language
- Excellent organizational skills and adherence to deadlines
- High sense of urgency and commitment in achieving goals
- Strong interpersonal skills, and ability to say “no” when required
- Pro-active and willing to “add value” to all processes
