The CDIO Transformation Office is looking for a Project Manager in India or Poland to help develop and drive engineering initiatives, strengthen business partnerships and lead groups across functions to deliver project objectives. Key responsibilities will involve:
- Help execute our engineering culture strategy, mainly:
• Lead a new engineering learning and development program
• Drive Distinguished Engineers Framework related activities
• Leverage technologies to support our people/culture initiatives
• Coordinate learning sessions on engineering across our organization
- Prepare presentations and communications on our engineering culture and the Distinguished Engineers Framework to ensure appropriate messaging
- Collaborate with stakeholders across CDIO and Human Resources organization to drive projects and priorities and ensure alignment, follow-up and implementation

Your team
You'll be working in the CDIO Transformation Office team, focusing on engineering initiatives. As a project manager, you'll work closely with senior stakeholders and Distinguished Engineers and play an important role in supporting culture change in CDIO and beyond.

Your expertise
- Project management or delivery lead experience
- An engineering background (preferred) or, at minimum, a genuine interest in engineering topics along with a basic understanding of core engineering concepts and practices (e.g. SDLC, Cloud, DevCloud, Agile) with willingness to learn basic programming and tooling
- A proven track record of collaborating and delivering in matrix environments by driving consensus and constructively challenging
- Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as attentiveness to detail
- Held positions directly interfacing with senior stakeholders
- Good planning skills with the ability to manage different streams of activities
- Strong analytical skills with very good knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint, SharePoint, Excel, Teams

- Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach to daily tasks and responsibilities
- Organized with the ability to commit and prioritize tasks
- An excellent communicator
- Fluent in English
