Talent Acquisition Operations Analyst, Senior Associate
Location: Gdańsk, Kraków

Purpose of Role:

The Talent Acquisition (TA) function at State Street is the internal function dedicated to identifying and managing recruiting channels for new hires across the State Street organization.

The TA Enablement Analyst is responsible for ensuring that TA expenses and agency spend is fully tracked, adheres to process and is accurately reported on providing detailed analysis. Within this role you will also provide operational support for TA projects as required.

Candidates from London and Poland are preferred however, other locations or remote working considered.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the administration to support the approval process for all agency spend, tracking submissions and workflow to ensure approvals have been obtained
  • Processing invoices for payment on behalf of the global talent acquisition function, this includes purchase order creation and close interaction with Procurement and Accounts Payable.
  • Oversee the provision of expense reporting delivered across TA
  • Identify and implement improvements to develop expense management process to meet TA needs
  • Maintaining TA Collaborate Site
  • Provide various operational support for Talent Acquisition projects as needed.
  • Act as backup to other Talent Acquisition Operations Analyst team members.

Skills and Experience:

  • Human Resources or Talent Acquisition administration/co-ordination experience preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple activities and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Applications
  • Strong numeracy and outstanding excel skills
  • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to deliver accurate and timely reporting
  • Must be able to work independently and maintain confidentiality
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
