State Street is seeking a team member for the newly created Transfer Agency Global Oversight and Business Governance team. Reporting to the Global Head of Transfer Agency Operations, the role will be required to demonstrate exemplary governance skills that are both operational and technology focused. The role requires effective risk management, vendor and 3rd party relationship oversight and operational business intelligence reporting of a global nature.

Client Experience

Partnering with our Global Head of Client Service to govern our Client Change Control Board

Assisting our Global Head of Client Service to report our Client Sentiment reporting and to assist in executing Client centric operational improvements
Operational Excellence
-
Collaboration with our Transfer Agency operational leadership team to produce dynamic business intelligence across all key performance indicators to enable thoughtful data driven decision making

Governance of our vendor and joint venture partnerships and driving alignment on the oversight approach and reporting ensuring all SLA’s are being adhered to

Leading the technology production team responsible for the performance of our core systems

Recommend best practices and process improvements that reduce variation in operating models
Risk Management

Collaborating with our Transfer Agency operational leadership team to enhance our risk reporting in a globally consistent manner encompassing the full suite of Key Risk Indicators

Chairing all Global Transfer Agency Risk meetings and supporting the operational leadership team to execute against risk reduction plans

Partnering with our Global Strategic Initiatives lead in relation to project risk

Identify trending of root causes of issues, highlight and facilitate actions to resolve
Employee Engagement

Exemplary leadership skills to manage a global team with a laser focus on employee experience and high performance stakeholder management

Manage, train and develop staff, manage employee performance, complete performance reviews timely, and handle employee relations issues

Provide coaching and development opportunities to staff, participate in individual on-going training and development
