Responsibilities:
- active acquisition of candidates from various sources,
- maintaining good relations with current candidates and taking care of the candidate experience,
- cooperation with Managers, TA Partners and Hiring Managers,
- take care for relations with external suppliers,
- performing activities supporting the implementation of KPIs,
- risk management and reporting problems that may affect the implementation of projects,
- participation in additional projects.
Requirements:
- very good command of English and French,
- experience in the area of recruitment or gaining talent,
- education in the field of HR will be an asset,
- highly developed communication skills,
- good organization of own work and multitasking,
- ability to work under time pressure.
