Your role
Do you enjoy improving products in an Agile delivery setting? Can you take requirements and transform them into the beginning of something our engineering pods can build and deliver? Are you at home identifying, capturing and refining stories?
Within our Agile delivery setup we are looking for a Chapter Lead who will develop and mentor fellow members of the tech analysis chapter. With strong communication skills we are seeking a candidate who is able to work with a diverse stakeholder base and able to translate their needs, aspirations & drive in to implementable requirements. In line with our collaborative and self-organizing culture you will operate as a member of our engineering pods responsible for the end-to-end delivery of features.
Your team
You will work in a highly collaborative environment with colleagues from globally diverse backgrounds and skillsets coming together to solve challenging problems as a team. The position is within our Trade and Transfer Assets stream closely collaborating with the part of Agile delivery units distributed across the globe. Our teams design, deliver and operate state-of-the-art financial systems that offer best-in-class services to the bank’s clients.
Our development pods work across a multitude of development languages working together in a model of coexistence whilst we transform, modernize and evolve our post-trade service platform.

Your expertise
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in an analysis role or equivalent experience in banking domain.
• Strong communication skills among self-discipline to achieve customer success and ability to form strong relationships with IT and Business.
• Ability to lead requirement gathering workshops with a variety of stakeholders to understand underlying business problems and translate conversations into initial product backlog items.
• Experience in analyzing and capturing technical requirements as stories with acceptance criteria fulfilling a definition of ready.
• Passion to work in an Agile environment with the Scrum team to drive stories.
• Knowledge of tools to support Agile development such as JIRA & Confluence.
• Strong analytical skills.
