Your role

Have you supported multiple projects using smart multitasking skills? Do you want to play a key role in driving change?
We’re looking for a PMO to:
• support Project and Program managers in delivering complex strategic and/or regulatory change by establishing efficient and effective project management capabilities using proven PMO standards, processes and tools
• take part in the planning, delivery and execution of projects or programs
• define project plans e.g. deliverables and roadmaps together with Project or Program Managers
• manage program and project administration, including but not limited to governance & reporting, financial and resource tracking, as well as JIRA and Confluence maintenance
• explore different data sets to produce customized reports
• produce meeting materials, prepare and support facilitation of governance bodies, including post-meeting follow-ups and action tracking
• deliver senior-level status reports to the steering committee

Your team

You will be working in the PMO Team within the Group Risk Control in Krakow (Fabryczna Office Park). Our mission is to make the bank ready for the future.
Our PMO Team is part of the wider Risk Control organization and works as a support of change for our Risk Control colleagues. We are specialists from different backgrounds and we enjoy finding and implementing first-rate solutions.
In Risk Control function we support hybrid working model.

Your expertise

• Proven experience (2 years+) in a PMO and/or Project Management role preferably in a banking, financial services or consultancy environment
• great communicator, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
• solid organizational skills, known for hitting deadlines
• highly motivated, able to work independently and apply own initiative
• Excellent skills at MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint); experience with JIRA, Confluence and PPM is an asset
