Your role
Do you have sharp analytic skills? Do you have experience supporting executive stakeholders?
Are you an experienced consultant who can derive actionable insights from analysis?
As a HR Analytics Partner you will act as the key account manager for all analytics related topics for one of our business divisions. You will work closely with the divisional HR and business representatives and distill relevant insights based on data. With your team, you will respond to all analytical requests, consult on HR data and insights, and advice on required actions.
For this role we're looking for an HR professional to join our team as of September 2022 to:
• partner closely with HR and business stakeholders from our Asset Management division on all people related analytics topics
• lead a small team of highly skilled HR analysts to create tailored reports, deep-dive analysis and concrete recommendations
• identify business problems, create hypotheses, organize and run deep-dive analysis on people data in collaboration with stakeholders and the broader People Analytics team
• distill relevant insights from analysis, tailor the storyline to the respective audience, and translate insights into tangible actions to answer the So-What question

Your team
You'll be working in the People Analytics team within Human Resources, and report to the head of People Analytics. With our diverse team of highly skilled specialists we are providing crucial services for a future-oriented HR function: we create self-service reporting, we deliver tailored analytical support and consulting, and we apply advanced analytics like predictive modelling.
Your expertise
• excellent communication and consulting skills with audiences at all levels
• a strong analytical mindset
• focus on extracting value and concrete actions out of complex data
• flexible, agile and service-oriented working style
• experience as a consultant or as HR Business Partner (or other client-facing HR roles)
• an expert in building networks and partnerships within a global organization
• good command of HR and bank specific terms, processes and data
