Your role
Do you know how to keep an eye out for and avoid risk? Are you skilled at assessing processes and making improvements?
We’re looking for a TPRM Third Party Type Lead to:
• operate as a Subject Matter Expert for Third Party Risk Management topics to advise the relevant Business Third Party Owner in executing the minimum standards for Third Party Risk Management and participate at the relevant Third Party Owner governance forums
• support relevant Third Party Owner and their teams to ensure Third Party Risk Management processes and ad-hoc requirements are performed in a timely and accurate manner and actively collaborate within and across teams to provide solutions to the relevant Third Party Owner
• perform Key Procedural Controls to ensure accuracy of Third Party risk management data
• proactively identify control deficiencies or opportunities for improvement and work with key stakeholders in the development of strategic solutions
• support global regulatory remediation Third Party Risk Management programs and/or enable colleagues executing the remediation activities in a timely fashion.

Your team
You'll be working in the Third Party Risk Management team collaborating with team members located across the world. As key person for Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) Function you will be driving TPRM related activities and initiatives. Your strong skills around collaboration with relevant teams, leading projects, managing stakeholder and representing TPRM will be crucial to UBS success.
Your expertise
• Bachelor Degree or international equivalent
• a minimum of 8 years' working experience, preferably in a similar role and/or regulatory and risk management or consulting positions with a strong background in the financial industry
• excellent written and spoken English and good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
• strong project, communication and leadership skills
• analytical personality with efficient communication style to support senior decision making
• a leader mentality that is self-motivated and able to work independently
• general flexibility and ability to conduct multi-time zone meetings potentially outside of local business hours
