Who we are looking for

This role will be part of the project team supporting NAV processes of Alternative Investment Solutions Department in terms of re-engineering the process, modeling current and future process globally by developing new solutions and proposing improvements and automatizations in current processes.

This role can be performed in a hybrid model, where you can balance work from home and office to match your needs and role requirements.

What you will be responsible for

• Providing product support for existing solutions.
• Reviewing, documenting and mapping current processes in terms of searching for improvements.
• Communicating with the business, collecting requirements.
• Interpret business needs and support creation of new solutions in order to automate processes and create savings
• Maintain ongoing gap analysis of existing automatic solutions vs current process and propose changes/enhancements in order to automate processes and create savings
• Present current process and findings to Project Team and Project Owner.
• Develop specific business requirements and functional specifications.
• Create Manuals and Training materials for business.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

• 2-plus years’ experience of concentrated use of Microsoft products (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, VBA) and proven Project management skills.
• Focused and committed to deliver quality results in a given timeframe.
• Understanding of NAV Processes and used systems will be an advantage for this role.
• Familiarity with standard process documentation will be an advantage.
• Familiarity of Agile development methods would be an advantage.
