HR Operations Supervisor with French
Workplace: Kraków

The Opportunity

As an HR Operations Supervisor, you will coordinate a team responsible for all aspects of employee transactions and data changes for designated European countries across associated and interfaced systems (SAP EC, SAP MyPnD and Learning, Global KENEXA, etc.) based out of the Krakow GBS site.

Your impact

This role is part of the HR Delivery team. Your major responsibilities would include: ensuring high quality and efficient transactions and customer interactions; proactively introducing processes to drive continuous improvement; driving and influencing technical improvements to SuccessFactors/IBM and other, daily team management. You will maintain a strong level of customer, supplier, and vendor relationships in order to enable the successful implementation of corporate programs, as well as delivery and optimization of processes.

Key accountabilities:

  • Coordinating all HR-related workflows and transactions for SAP/SuccessFactors within strict time, hence ensuring global data quality and accurate HR records
  • Ensuring smooth data flow between interfaced systems: EC/KENEXA/myPnD/Learning through daily/weekly audits and take corrective action and process changes as needed
  • Ensuring a consistent and high level of customer service and operational excellence that will ensure transactions are resolved efficiently and in full compliance with relevant legal, company, and process requirements
  • Proactively developing and executing plans to improve customer satisfaction with a focus on processes
  • Representing technical, functional, and customer perspectives when making decisions: integrating with IT, internal clients, and the broader shared services organization
  • Managing and developing team members: onboarding, training, and ongoing development

Qualifications/Requirements

Are you Ready?

For the ideal candidate to make an impact in this role, she or he will need:

  • Minimum 5 years in HR Operations/Shared Services environment
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Team Management
  • Very good English and French
  • Technical SAP/Successfactors and HR process&tools knowledge
  • Knowledge and understanding of tool connectivity for smooth data flow: EC / KENEXA / Learning/ SAP HCM
  • Knowledge of service management and ticket management system
  • Demonstrated track record of strong service delivery
  • Process management and continuous improvement with a focus on optimization and productivity
  • Customer orientation
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
