Purpose of the role:
  • Provide the overall support for office employees and make sure they have everything they need to do their jobs efficiently
  • Learn policies, processes, and procedures related to administrative services
What you’ll do:

Assist with general administrative activities:

  • Coordinating the documents flow (incoming and outgoing correspondence & parcels, invoices)
  • Ordering office supplies to ensure the smooth running of the office
  • Cooperating with facility administrator
  • Assisting in organizing company events
  • Supporting the processes of pre-onboarding and off-onboarding
  • Participating in completing Health&Safety procedures for employees
  • Business travel arrangements for external visitors
What you’ll need:
  • Actual interest in office admin
  • Being positive about the perspective of having lots of interactions with others each day
  • Enthusiasm and engagement in learning new things
  • High ownership of the tasks you are given
  • Attention to details
  • High communication & speaking skills
  • Intermediate level in English
