We’re looking for an Analysis & Reporting Specialist to join our CDIO AM unit and will support the department by providing financial reporting and analysis to aid business management and gives guidance and advice on accounting issues and the financial implications of business trends.

• Primary focus is on daily deliverable of routine and defined outputs, while at the same time developing knowledge of the broader context in which the work is being performed.
• Creates and/or maintains databases and management reports, interpreting data and identifying trends. Applies general knowledge of business developed through educations or past experience.
• Prepares and analyzes data while also resolving data issues and discrepancies for reporting.
• Develop reporting tools (e.g. Tableau dashboards) to analyze large complex data sets and provide executive level status reports and summaries in relation to workforce planning, portfolio reporting and financial management reporting.
• develop and maintain workflows in Alteryx Designer to automate access governance and reporting solutions
• In collaboration with colleagues, improve the quality, efficiency and effectiveness of the function and its internal accounting control requirements.

Your team

You'll be working in the CDIO AM business management team in Poland. We are a diverse global team of 20 FTE supporting over 600+ resources and a budget of approximately USD100m per annum.

Your expertise

• a university degree in finance or economics, with a strong understanding of accounting principles
• experience in data analysis, financial reporting and reconciliation of financial data
• at least 5 years of professional experience gathered ideally in the financial services industry
• experience with building Alteryx workflows and Tableau reporting
• ability to visualize data according to a respective audience
• Experience in building automated reporting and visualization solutions (some experience with SQL, Alteryx or other Extract-Transform-Load tools, like SSIS, Dataiku, Talend, Informatica, Power BI etc.)
• advanced desktop computer and application skills including spreadsheets, databases, vendor reporting tools (Tableau) and various other MS Office programs (Excel, Access, etc)
• attention to detail and data reconciliation skills in the process of translating data into information
