Your role
Do you have an experience in planning communication and creating the material to spread the word? Do you have proven ability and enthusiasm to drive key organizational initiatives and events? You will:
• ensure concise communications planning and execution aligned with Poland organization strategy and global initiatives
• create and execute organizational and executive communication, like management memos and announcements, chat speeches and talking points for sessions, articles, presentations, videos and other multimedia materials
• support key corporate initiatives such as volunteering and diversity & inclusion as well as business achievements for internal publicity
• manage and content building for communication channels like bulletins, intranet, blogs, MS Teams, live and online sessions, e-screens, videos
• create presence on LinkedIn for social media campaigns run to promote Poland organization, support and consult SEO if required – developing content and ensure regular posting and end to end management
• benefit from industry affiliation opportunities
• governance reporting on communication initiatives. Showcasing impact through metrics
• vendor partner management & interaction – design and event agencies, print vendors, merchandise vendors. Manage vendors, budgeting, logistics and invoicing
Your team
Our core responsibility is to support business functions in daily activity and lead or support strategic programs for Poland. You’ll be within Communications and work closely with technology teams, but also with employee communications and employer branding to help us build our culture and making sure information is delivered clearly and consistently.
Your expertise
• previous working experience as a communications specialist in a Corporate Communication role for 3+ years
• experience and knowledge in copywriting, proofreading and editing
• demonstrable record of successful project management examples
• excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills (PowerPoint)
• experience in using social media communications channels for corporate messaging
• outstanding organizational and time-management skills. Able to manage/drive multiple and complex projects at any given time with integrity
• experience in web design and content production is a big plus
• graduate/ post graduate in Mass Communication, Public Relations, Marketing is a big plus
• full professional proficiency in English, both spoken and written
