Your role
We are looking for a Tableau developer to design, implement and maintain complex Tableau dashboards.
Ability to fast detect DQ issues is of prime importance to support the firm’s strategy for digitalization In your role, you have a direct impact on UBS through the integration of smart Business Intelligence (BI) tools into our strategic data quality controls framework for effective and efficient data risk management front-to-back. You are analytical, creative, and collaborative. You have keen attention to detail. You are a self-starter, open to innovation, see challenges as opportunities, and are results-oriented. You'll work with team members to create useful reports and dashboards that provide insight, improve/automate processes. You will work through iterative review cycles to deliver results that meet or exceed user expectations.
Your team
You’ll be working within the GRC Data Management Office whose mission is to enhance data quality for GRC by developing effective data quality controls, promoting best practices for data management within GRC and supporting efficient and effective remediation of known issues.

We work in a flexible, agile, and globally distributed environment. You will be based in Poland but you’ll join in with other colleagues from India, UK, US and Switzerland to work on common goals.
Your expertise
• Degree in mathematics, computer science, information systems, or related field.
• Proven experience in developing Tableau driven dashboards for analytics in Business context
• Ability to query and display large data sets while maximizing the performance of workbook.
• Ability to interpret technical or dashboard structure and translate complex business requirements to technical specifications.
• Competencies or keen interest in Python coding and workflow tools such as Microsoft Power Apps or Flowable would be a plus
