Your role

Connect our most strategic users to maximize their adoption and experience with digital client facing software. This specialist plays a key role in ensuring our clients discover the full power of our tools by implementing workflow solutions while continuously providing scalable yet adaptable guidance to our Financial Advisors.

• work with clients to optimize adoption of a new scheduling tool for Wealth Management Advisor teams
• ensure workflows, processes, tooling and applications are of the highest quality standard
• contribute expertise to the management of existing and new iterations of scheduling product and services including AI and automation tools
• deep understanding of customers concerns and thoughts regarding the use of products, and the ability to troubleshoot as needed
• solve complex issues, covering and triaging both technical and business needs
• maintain a knowledge database of known errors and help initiate and deliver process improvements
• demonstrate and educate new users on content and technology in a manner that is tailored to their specific use-case

Your team

You’ll be working in the STAAT Product group in Krakow, Poland. In our agile operating model, crews are aligned to larger products and services fulfilling client needs and encompass multiple autonomous pods. You’ll be working in the Smart Technologies and Advanced Analytics team focusing on data-driven digital solutions to benefit financial advisors and their clients as well as the Wealth Management division.

On the Smart Technologies and Advanced Analytics Team, we think differently and have a global footprint representing a diverse set of experience from both inside and outside the financial services industry.

Your expertise

• 3-5 years of experience in customer service or customer success position strongly preferred
• experience working with brand image and promoting value through customer experience
• exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships
• technical skills required, as they relate for the use of the product to service to be solid
• accountability and personal organization are essential
• experience in managing a diverse group and training each according to company standards
• ability to establish milestones and keep all team members on task
• experience analyzing and optimizing the existing processes
• deep understanding of customers concerns and thoughts regarding the use of products, and the ability to troubleshoot as needed
