We’re looking for a PMO / Product Manager to:
• run and own the crew quarterly planning process
• support the crew leads, product owners and initiative managers with PMO activities (e.g., resource planning, effort estimation, strategic capacity planning, conflict resolution, etc.)
• act as product manager within an agile team, participating in agile ceremonies and collaborating with engineering colleagues to deliver the product in-time and meeting client’s needs
• deeply understand the needs of wealth management clients looking for investment advice, act as their voice within the pod and prioritize epics and user stories in the backlog accordingly
• support the production and maintenance of project documentation
Your team
You’ll be working in the Receive Personalized and Relevant Investment Advice crew in Wroclaw or Krakow focusing on running the crew level planning and reporting processes and supporting an agile pod in further developing and delivering its product to clients. We are a diverse and globally set-up team with colleagues working in Singapore, Poland and Switzerland and are responsible for delivering high quality products and ideas to wealth management clients looking for investment advice.
Your expertise
• a bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, accounting, banking or similar
• at least 2 years of PMO experience support, preferably in the financial sector
• good understanding of operational processes and project methodology, ideally in an agile environment
• solid organizational skills, known for hitting deadlines
• good knowledge of MS Office, Confluence, Jira and PPM
• fluent in English, German is a plus
