What will you do?

• You will be responsible for the analysis of legal issues and the independent development, evaluation and presentation of complex issues and suitable solutions with a focus on partner business and channel distribution law.
• You will take care of the preparation, review and negotiation of contracts for the distribution of products, services and software via the various sales channels (distribution, switchgear manufacturers, OEM, etc.) in accordance with Polish law as well as in an international context - in English.
• You represent the company in legal matters both internally and externally and conduct negotiations with our partners on your own responsibility.
• You will advise the business units and management on all legal issues related to sales through partners, including distribution antitrust law and competition law.
• You are happy to pass on your knowledge in employee training courses; basically on all legal topics, but with a focus on legal issues relating to the partner business and indirect sales.

What qualifications will make you successful?

• You have an academic education as a fully qualified lawyer.
• You have at least 8 years of relevant professional experience in advising companies, preferably as an in-house lawyer in an international corporate environment.
• You are experienced in legal issues relating to the partner business and distribution via distribution channels, in particular in the examination and negotiation of wholesaler contracts and advice in connection with distribution antitrust and competition law issues.
• You are characterized by an independent way of working, entrepreneurial action and a flexible mindset.
• You also have strong communication skills and are fluent in Polish and English. Any other language skills are preferred.
