We are looking for Digital Support Specialist with Swedish and located in Warszawa.
We’re looking for a Digital Support Specialist to our office in Marketing Communication Team.
What you will do:
- Coordinate digital experience platforms like partner portals - internal tool called mySchneider
- mySchneider Key User/Leader in Nordic community
- Launch leader for new functionalities in mySchneider
- Create monthly newsletters in the tool for external business partners
- Manage customer experience feedback (analyze survey results) and drive improvements in collaboration with internal stakeholders
- Providing Social Media content related to partner digital portal (mySchneider) - images, articles etc.
- Customer support activities related to the scope - portal support, ticket resolution
Experience and skills we are looking for:
- Higher education in Marketing/Business administration would be a plus
- Swedish language - at least B2 level
- Experience managing or leading projects end to end
- Experience in customer support functions would be an advantage
- Passion for digital tools and digital customer experience
- Strong ability to work in cross functional international environment
- Collaborative skills, good communication level
- Ability to work independently, good level of autonomy
- Attention to detail
