The opportunity

Newly formed Europe West Independence Team is seeking an individual who can build a Regional Support Team that will assist the onshore team in the areas of Business Relationships and Acquisitions.

Your key responsibilities

• Managing the day-to-day activities of the team
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the BRS Team/Independence/Engagement Teams
• Foster strong and long lasting relationships with multiple stakeholders
• Ensure that key performance indicator metrics including quality are at the highest level
• Motivate and Empower team members to further their process related knowledge and overall development

Skills and attributes for success

Strong decision-making, communication, problem solving, organizational and delegation skills

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Fluent German (C1) and very good English
• Prior experience in managing a team or overseeing junior members of a team
• Proven track record in customer service excellence
• Ability to execute formulated organizational plans

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Experience and knowledge in the area of third party risk management
• Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements on independence
• Completed business studies or law degree
