Your role
We’re looking for someone who:
• can act as a line manager to regional recruitment coordinators, be a mentor supporting growth and career progression
• can support, guide and coach regional recruitment coordinators to develop a constructive mind-set in a culture of integrity, collaboration
• has strong people management skills and likes to collaborate with Get Hired stakeholders, HR colleagues and vendors to find the best solution
• is eager to learn and broaden expertise and work with peers across the bank to mature the coaching model and services offered
• adopt an agile mindset and encourage further agile ways of working within the team and promote early delivery of business value
• facilitate learning and development through individual coaching, trainings, and workshops on Agile principles and values within the team
• work with the key roles across our streams and crews to increase team performance and overall effectiveness and help teams identify and remove impediments
Your team
You will be a part of the Get Hired Recruitment Operations team supporting our newly created streams to embed the unified model of Agile@UBS. As part of that you’ll be working closely and collaborating with different Pods in the Get Hired stream facing off the regions and functions.
Your expertise
• strong leadership skills and someone who can garner respect from individuals, puts their needs first, and with a strong attitude of transparency
• promote a diverse, inclusive and motivating environment with autonomy to deliver, mastery of skills and purposeful work
• ability to communicate effectively well within team, across teams and in larger community of practice, facilitate difficult discussions and agile ceremonies.
• assertive, to ensure that Agile principles are adhered to while being pragmatic about practices.
• enthusiastic and engaging, to be a source of motivation for the regional RC team
• a strong sense of continuous improvement to continually learn and share new tools and techniques across the team
• working fluency in English & Polish
• well structured, organized when dealing with every day workload and fast changing priorities
• known for your can-do attitude and open mind when tackling everyday tasks
