Your team

In our agile operating model, crews are aligned to larger products and services fulfilling client needs and encompass multiple autonomous pods. You will be working in the “Transferring Money Crew” in Wroclaw. Our crew designs the payment products of tomorrow and is responsible for a wide range of today’s electronic payment products that our retail, wealth management and corporate customers depend on. As a Product Management Strategist, you will play an important role in paving the path for business success by supporting the crew leadership.

Your expertise

• ideally 3 years of experience working in a similar role in a fast-paced large enterprise
• very proficient with Confluence, MS Office (especially PowerPoint) and associated packages
• comfortable working independently, as well as in a team
• keen attention to detail, very organised and not fazed by being asked to juggle many tasks simultaneously
• strong active listening as well as verbal and written communication skills to build networks and partnerships at all levels
• a strong analytical and data-driven thinker with persuasive presentation skills
• quick to learn new things be it a new IT tool or different process
