Your role
Are you interested in driving process digitalization, using a state-of-the-art business process management and adaptive case management platform?
Do you know how to engage stakeholders, analyze businesses and engineer requirements?
Are you passionate about building enterprise applications using low-code development, radically accelerating the time it takes to deliver intuitive, powerful enterprise apps in the cloud?
If so, we’re looking for someone like you who will:
• lead a process digitalization capability in Poland, being the local team leader for the Process Transformation function
• play a leading role in developing workflow/case management applications in your capacity as a Product Owner
• collaborate with business SMEs and stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into user stories on the Product Backlog, which you will prioritize
• Ensure the design of process models within our strategic state-of-the-art workflow/case management tool, accurately reflect the user stories and their acceptance criteria
• think creatively when challenging stakeholders requirements to ensure optimal processes designs
• partner with IT as part of the cross-functional Scrum Team
• support and develop a team of business analysts / business process modelers
Your team
Sitting within Group Risk Control’s (GRC) Change Team, you'll be joining the GRC Process Transformation team. You will play a key role in enabling the firm’s strategy through automation and digitalization.
GRC's Process Transformation team operates globally from Zurich, with a presence also in the UK, India and Poland.

Your expertise
· extensive business analysis and requirements engineering experience
· extensive experience designing business processes using BPMN 2.0 and/or CMMN
· extensive experience of low-code development and adaptive case management platform
· Agile Scrum experience (ideally also a certified Professional Product Owner
· team management
· energized by working in a challenging and fast-paced environment, alongside other highly-motivated, collaborative and dedicated teammates
· customer-orientated, results-driven, ‘can-do’ attitude with a flair for precision and quality
· solid understanding of information technology (programming knowledge, especially with Java and/or JavaScript, is a plus)
· 3-7 years relevant experience in industry or management consulting
· engineering, computer science or other relevant Bachelor’s degree
· excellent communications skills in English (German is a plus)
