Your role

Do you want to drive the next generation Cloud platform design for the world’s biggest wealth manager? Do you have the breadth and depth in Cloud architecture and technology to be a thought leader? Do you like collaborating with global teams to deliver outstanding results?

We’re looking for an IT technical architect to:

• evolve our Cloud design aligned to business, regulatory and technical requirements
• work with stakeholders across the firm to harmonize requirements, ensuring an efficient and sustainable platform architecture
• provide technical advice and guide implementation teams to successful delivery
• make sure technical solutions are integrated into our pipeline-based, highly automated infrastructure
• partner with application delivery streams to enable and support deployment of Cloud native solutions

Your team

You’ll be working in the Technology Services CTO organization, based in any of our global locations. Our team makes sure that the products and services we broker are future-proof by supporting strategic change projects, industry networking and product portfolio management. As an IT technical architect, you’ll play an important role in making sure we achieve both business and technology objectives.

Your expertise

• track record of working as an Cloud platform architect for a minimum of five years in an organization of similar scale and complexity
• proven delivery of Cloud native solutions as a solution architect or lead engineer
• successful management of complex and diverse tasks, while meeting key objectives and timelines
• good understanding of agile delivery practices, e.g. Scrum framework
• profound knowledge of Microsoft Azure will be considered advantageous
• command of infrastructure automation technology (e.g. Terraform) and DevOps platforms (e.g. GitLab) will be beneficial
