What you’ll do:

• Deliver predominantly web-based, face-to-face (in the future) and live stream training according to Amway Academy strategy to Amway Business Owners and Amway Staff (Creates a comfortable cross-cultural and cross-generation climate, Create a comfortable physical/virtual learning environment, Engage audience (using different techniques & methods), Demonstrate the use of reflective listening and feedback, Manage unforeseen situations, Keep training focused and on schedule)
• Prepare the training sessions with all the required materials/products/handouts
• Report delivered training with evaluation and collected feedback on a monthly basis (at the requested deadline)
• Proactively suggest improvements/new ideas
• Share feedback from the field with the team
• Participate/Contribute to the company’s events
• Participate in regular trainer meetings and Train the Trainer sessions
• Accomplish internal certification/developing programs required by management
• Act as Amway/Nutrilite brand ambassador and Role model
• Travel frequently (also weekends and nights)

What you’ll need:

Education (formal and informal):

• Good standard of overall education
• Certification in Wellness/Nutrition/Weight Management
• Highly preferred a dietitian education
• Driving license (preferably)
• Excellent knowledge of Polish language, fluent in English
• Knowledge of additional language would be an asset

Experience:

• min. 2 years in training in the area of expertise
• Experienced as a nutrition consultant/personal trainer
• Professional knowledge of products within the specialist area of general nutrition, food supplements, personal training, weight management, dietetics
• Trendscout: aware and curious about new trends in the field of wellness
• Excellent facilitation skills based on adult learning principles
• Very advanced sales skills, knowledge of sales & business techniques & methods applicable to product training

• Open-minded and flexible approach, willingness to take the initiative
• Positive attitude, personal, articulate, and calm
• Passionate about educating, encouraging, and promoting, an inspirational, motivating personality
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan, prioritize, and consistently meet deadlines.
• Conscientious with the ability to self-manage and motivate
• Commercially aware with an innate understanding of how to motivate and inspire through training

Technology literacy:

• Proficiency in the usage of MS Office, Adobe, e-mail, internet; tablet and smartphone user) and in social networks and modern communication technologies (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, WhatsApp, Skype, etc.)
• Digital competencies: very good use of Social Media platforms ( Instagram & Facebook), ability to make a self-video showing make-up techniques
