In this role, you have the opportunity to:

Learn and use HR Tools such Workday, SAP, and case management systems.

You will be a support for the team of Admin & Payroll Specialists, which are providing service for employees in the scope of Philips People Services in Poland.

Your main responsibilities

  • Handling personal files

  • Preparing respective employment documentation

  • Answering employees queries

  • Processing and updating requests in the case management system

  • The input of data to HR systems

  • Run reports from SAP HR/ Workday

You are a part of

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Student of last year of studies or graduate

  • Fluent English (both orally and in writing), fluency in Polish is a must

  • Computer literacy (MS Windows, MS Office) is essential

  • Ability to effectively prioritize and organize workload

  • Personal integrity when handling confidential information

  • Interest in HR will be an asset
