Your role
Are you a well-organized self-starter with an eye for detail and a ‘can-do’ attitude? Do you know how to provide support so that things run smoothly and feel comfortable working in a fast-paced and diverse environment? Are you an open-minded team player with great communication skills across all levels?
We are looking for someone like you to provide (administrative) support to our team and senior management by:
- contributing with administrative support to the Training & Education curriculum for GCRG Switzerland and the People Agenda for Group Governance, C&ORC P&C and GCRG Transformation and maintaining engagement activities by analyzing surveys and providing action plans
- coordinating meetings and respective materials and deadlines
- actively supporting internal events
- taking on ad-hoc tasks such as presentations and reports
- maintaining and updating distribution lists, org charts, shared drives, and intranet pages
- maintaining requests and approvals for users' authorizations to systems, tools, resources etc.
Your team
- You will be working in Krakow as part of the Agile, Innovation & Business Management Team in Zurich as part of the Group Compliance, Regulatory & Governance (GCRG) Transformation function and in close collaboration with the other GCRG functions.
Your expertise
- 2-3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in Business Management and/or university degree, preferably in business administration, finance, economics, or communications
- fluent in English, German is a plus
- very good knowledge of MS Office in particular MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint
- strong analytical and numerical skills and attention to detail
- excellent communication and organizational skills with ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while ensuring high quality
- ability to prioritize own workload on a daily basis
- quick learner and team player
- trustworthy personality with strong sense of topic ownership
