Your role

Do you have great marketing and communication skills? Are you keen to work in a dynamic and international environment? Are you able to handle multiple priorities with energy and enthusiasm?
We are looking for someone like that who can:
• take responsibility for marketing / communication activities of our Wealth Planning Advisory & Life Insurance unit
• design, implement and supervise the implementation of our marketing and communication plan
• design and visualize management presentations in line with UBS branding and presentation standards
• design and develop client marketing material (e.g. pitchbooks, brochures, factsheets)
• write client communications (e.g. for mailings and offering changes)
• design and develop UBS internal marketing material (e.g. Client Advisor product compass)
• re-design and manage the Wealth Planning & Life Insurance intranet page
• work with and coordinate external marketing agencies
• advise product specialist with regards to marketing and communication activities

Your team

You’ll be working in the GWM Poland team in Wroclaw, closely collaborating with the Wealth Planning & Life Insurance management team and product units located in Zurich and various other financial centers around the globe (e.g., Singapore, Hong Kong, London). The Wealth Planning & Life Insurance unit provides expertise, advice and solutions beyond investments, enabling clients to protect and grow their wealth over generations. Products and content which are in our responsibility include Wealth Planning Advisory, Life insurances, Trusts, Foundations and Tax Reporting.

Your expertise

• a university degree with a focus on marketing or communications
• at least four years of experience in a similar role in an international environment
• excellent written communication skills (English; German is an advantage)
• learn quickly and gain UBS design and brand expertise
• very good knowledge of MS Office in particular MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint
• effective time management and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• detail-oriented, responsible and collaborative
• open, flexible and highly motivated personality with strong sense of ownership
