Your role
Are you self-motivated and confident? Do you have a knack for introducing improvements through automation and simplification? Do you want to learn how to support our CDIO (Chief Digital and Information Office) organization design & implement effective risk and control improvements and understand how they mitigate risks? We are looking for someone like this to:
• Be an integral part of the global Technology and Operation Risk Management team that supports the CDIO (Chief Digital and Information Office) organization in implementing process and reporting improvements
• Focus on improving and automating risk reporting, data management, risk and control processes and streamlining manual processes
• Lead initiatives designed to optimize our risk management processes.
• Use your analytical skills to drive, design and implement automated self-service reporting and visualizations using a variety of tools (Alteryx Designer, Tableau, Python, PowerBI)
• Constructively challenge activities performed by the global team aiming for greater simplification, standardization and automation
• Analyze and assess technology infrastructure, applications, controls and risk processes for risk mitigation and control compliance
Your team
You’ll be working in a Technology & Operations Risk Management – Process improvement team in Poland/India with global reach and responsibilities.
The team works closely across the function to drive and implement continuous improvements across risk management processes. We do this by assessing key processes, providing technical and risk expertise as well as governance and agile project/product management. We focus on collaboration across multiple global teams focusing on our client’s/end user’s needs.

Your expertise
• Very good command of English both written and spoken
• Proactive approach and focus on continuous improvement
• Eagerness to learn new things and work in agile structure. Tech-savvy eager to harness new technologies to improve risk & reporting processes
• Working knowledge of Tableau, PoweBI or both (Alteryx Designer or Python would be an additional advantage)
• Previous experience in one of these areas: Data Analysis, Reporting, Risk Management (Project/Product Management would be an additional advantage)
• Ability to organize own workload and prioritize multiple deliverables
• Capable of justifying recommendations to a senior audience. Comfortable communicating at all levels of the organisation including senior management
• Able to collaborate across functions and be a motivated self-starter
• Flexible and able to respond quickly to urgent requests
