In this role, you have the opportunity to

Support the Excellence Operations Team in the Field of Human Resources, working on daily basis within an international team.

You are responsible for

• Maintaining and support in monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures
• Organizing, and attending and participating in team & stakeholder meetings
• Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings
• Undertaking project tasks as required and support the team within process design activities
• Organization, analysis and consolidation of information & data for team, business and stakeholders
• Supporting the onboarding team where needed
• Suggesting improvements for our current processes and procedures
  

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

• Being a student of last year of Master Degree (preferably Business Management, Human Resources related)
• Language: English (C1)
• Availability to work 40 hours per week
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Interpersonal and communication skills
• Team-management skills
• Finance and accounting skills
• Organizational skills
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
