The GBS Academy is designed as a fast-tracked career pathway for multilingual graduates in an international and diverse environment to support Philips business functions in day-to-day operations. It offers structured professional development with on-the-job and soft-skills training, mentoring, coaching and networking opportunities in the graduate community.
In this program, you have the opportunity to
Work in a full-time, regular position within the Services and Solutions Delivery department, and be supported in developing business skills, including practical communication skills, business acumen, time management, Microsoft Office, and much more. The exposure to the different functional areas will enable the development of skills and abilities that drives value for both Philips and our customers.
You will use your language skills on a daily basis while cooperating with our partners across European markets. By obtaining functional training, within 12 months you will become a professional, ready to fill a permanent role in one of the above-mentioned business functions.

Within the Services & Solutions Delivery Team, you will be responsible for
-
Supporting Customer Service daily activities for EMEA region (DACH in particular)

Updating internal database with Work Instructions
-
Preparing Lean Daily Management boards
-
Creating database with medical equipment to be updated in SAP and Salesforce
-
Perform easy daily activities in SAP and Salesforce for various markets related contracts, billing, parts administration
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

Bachelor or Master Degree
-
Good knowledge (ideally B2 level) of English & German

From 0-1 year of work experience (Graduates & Early Professional)

Availability 40h/week

Interest in developing your professional career within Customer Service

High energy, adaptability, continuous learning, initiating action, innovative, high work standards
