To accomplish this, we are looking for a certified and experienced agile change maker. Someone who lives and breathes agility on daily basis and has a flair for translating agile elements to operation/run teams.
We are working in a domain that requires us to look beyond the common agile frameworks and methods, and develop target specific agile coaching, consulting and training services.
We are looking for a Business Agility Coach, Consultant & Trainer for the GCRG Business department to:
• coach and consult non-IT teams, individuals and leaders cultivating an agile mindset by demonstrating and teaching agile values, as well as the technical skills that form part of the underlying principles and methods
• evaluate and identify training needs based on our clients level of maturity
• develop, conduct, facilitate and lead training courses and workshops to improve the understanding of Business Agility for non-IT teams
• consult leaders as trusted advisor, and support initiatives to examine and improve the teams’ agile maturity incl. process performance
• support teams in identifying the best (agile) way of working, e.g. ceremonies that enable cross-team prioritization, dependency management, and alignment with divisional and functional strategy
• develop and drive agile communities in the topics agile, culture and leadership
Your team
You’ll be working in the GCRG Agile Center of Competence as part of the Group Compliance, Regulatory & Governance (GCRG) Transformation, supporting the Head GCRG Transformation, Group Governance and Compliance & Operational Risk Control (C&ORC) and our Head GCRG Agile Competence Center who is located in Zurich.

Your expertise
• at least 2 years’ of experience working as an Agile Coach, RTE, Scrum Master, Flow Manager or similar relevant role
• at least 4 years’ proven experience working in an agile business environment, both on team level as well as organizational level, proven by reference and in addition by certification from an agile and/or agile project management institution, e.g. in context of Six Sigma with Lean/Kaizen focus, LCM, IPMA, ICC-ACP, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Less or similar
• ability to oversee multiple projects and coach 3-5 teams on different levels of Agile maturity
• experienced in the development and delivery of agile trainings (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, Scaled Agile, Lean/PEX etc.) for teams, individuals and leaders transitioning into an agile (scaled) set-up
• strong communication and facilitation skills, comfort in interacting with colleagues at all levels both in English and German
• university/University of Applied Science degree: Business administration, economics, psychology, computer science, or similar related field
