Your role
Do you have proven track record of building banking applications? Do you want to design and build best-in-class, enterprise scale applications using the latest technologies? Are you confident at iteratively refining user requirements and removing any ambiguity?
We’re looking for a Delivery Manager to:
•Act as key participant in planning using agile methods
•Work with stakeholders to support translating initiative impacts into comprehensive broader engagement strategies
•Help lead the oversight of this complex, cross divisional initiative providing transparency on deliverables, timelines, etc
• Collaborate and consult with stakeholders and sponsors to help clarify and define requirements
•Refine and provide regular status reporting for consumption by top level senior management

Your team
You’ll be working in the CDIO WMA Poland team in Wroclaw. We provide engineering services to WMA business divisions of the UBS group. Together as team, we provide solutions to unique business/market requirements in line with the established Corporate IT Standards. As a java developer, you'll play an important role in developing client facing applications.
Your expertise
•10+ years of Project Management and Methodologies, including 8+ years' experience in financial services
•Strong grounding in Agile methods
•Experience of building client facing platforms
•Solid organizational skills and high level of attention to detail and accuracy
•Proactive, flexible outlook and proven ability to build strong relationships quickly, confidence in dealing with colleagues at all levels is essential
•Structured, self-sufficient work style coupled with distinct planning and proven execution abilities
•Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, managing conflicting priorities that require the effective use of resources across functions, businesses and time zone
•Strong written and spoken English language skills required
•Strong PC skills essential, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
•Understanding of software best practices (design and architectural patterns),
•Bachelor or master degree or equivalent
