Your role
Do you have a keen interest in the Cyber Security landscape? Do you have proven ability to partner with a wide range of stakeholders to help guide and support processes that manage Cyber Readiness activities and Information Security (CIS) risk? Do you have proven ability to solve issues, covering both technical and business needs? Are you interested in working in a world class financial institution?
We’re looking for a Cyber security analyst passionate to support the delivery of processes to identify and mitigate supplier cyber risk. What you’ll be doing:
• support the cyber and security risk assessment processes for third parties with subject matter expertise
• assist in the further development of the cyber readiness management framework
• help the team to deliver a high-quality service offering by fostering customer-centricity, operational excellence, and end-to-end accountability
• collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams from different geographies and business divisions on Third Party Cyber change initiatives
• support internal and external audits and reviews, regulatory exams, and cybersecurity standards reviews.

You’ll be working in the Cyber Readiness team in Krakow. We protect the value of UBS data and digital services and therefore enhance the firm’s brand and competitiveness in a digitized world. Your expertise
You have:
• Interest in IT / cyber incident management / cyber security
• Can-do attitude, able to solve problem as part of a team.
• Great interpersonal skills, able to build relationships across the spectrum of colleagues in UBS.
You are:
• Motivated and creative.
• Organized with a good attention to detail.
• Adaptable, able to work across teams, functions, and cultures.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Working knowledge of Excel, VBA would be a bonus but not required.
• Knowledge of Tableau would also be an asset.
